Broadway

Broadway is a major street in downtown Nashville, Tennessee that's known for its live music, honky tonks, and entertainment. Also known as the Broadway Historic District or Honky Tonk Highway, this area is a popular tourist destination. It's home to many of the venues that helped launch some of the country's biggest stars. Lower Broadway in downtown Nashville is where all the action is! Live music every day, all year round. There are 30+ Honky-Tonk bars, all with stages where bands play from roughly 11:00am until around 1:00am. Normally they play 4-hour sets (e.g. 12-4pm, or 9pm-1am etc.). They play for tips, and the songs are mostly Country covers, but also sometimes some Rock. Be prepared for a LOT of noise, and a lot of fun!
